1976 - 1980

The original Charlie & the seniors was made up of Steve Prescott, (Bass Guitar), Charlie Force, (Lead Vocals), Mike Bonin, (Rythm and Lead Guitar), Frank Burghoffer, (Drums), and me, Dan Saville, a.k.a. Danny O' (Rythm & Lead Guitar).

What really added to our sound was the fact that each of us could also sing lead and backup vocals, thus giving us very powerful vocal harmonies, along with our tight musical sound!

HOW IT ALL STARTED

The concept of the band was thought of by Steve and
Frank,( Bass player and Drummer ), and they were also
responsible for making the trip to Vancouver, B.C.,
Canada to contact a booking agency by the name of,
Big Country Productions, owned and operated by a man
named Les Vogt, an ex rock star of sorts him self.
